No Fox News, Houston is nothing like 'Sharknado'
UPDATE: Aug. 30, 2017, 8:32 a.m. EDT: Updated to add in apology from Jesse Waters.
Jesse Watters, the Fox News host who did that terrible, racist Chinatown segment, was duped by the same shark Photoshop job that spreads every time there's flooding.
Here's the doctored photo, which, as PolitiFact notes, has been going around since at least 2011.

It popped up during Hurricane Sandy, Hurricane Joaquin, and even after Houston experienced flooding in 2015. Again, it's not real, because obviously.
That didn't stop Jesse Watters from mentioning it when talking about Tropical Storm Harvey on Tuesday.

"Like Sharknado."

Waters laters apologized and emphasized that he did not mean to sow any confusion.
